Are you stuck in a rut riding the same zones from week to week?

We all have our areas close to home that we know like the back of our hand.

Although the ease of getting there can trump the headache of traveling somewhere new, it can most of the time be worth the added effort.

Nothing can re-energize your adventurous spirit like a road trip to explore and ride an unfamiliar mountain range.

So this winter, round up the crew. Load up the trailer, and set off on trip that just may open the door to terrain that may become your new favorite.

It has been my experience that it’s a great opportunity to enhance your riding skills and take in spectacular views never seen before.

Navigating a different snow pack in unfamiliar trees.

Traversing ridges and valleys with greater vertical altitude and sheer steepness.

Lighting fire to your senses by reaching mountain tops you have yet to climb.

Immersing yourself in the process of becoming comfortable in the uncomfortable.

All are challenges that will refine your technique, test the limits of your nerve to push the boundaries and become a better rider by stepping out of your comfort zone.
